Flavor Descriptions
Richard’s Lucky 7UP: Inspired by one of our favorite customers, this cake has quickly become a favorite with everyone! Lemon/lime zest cake soaked in 7UP and topped with a light 7 UP glaze.
Cloud 9: White chocolate cake with raspberry filling topped with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and white chocolate curls. You’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven!
La Margarita: Tequila-lime cake with tangy lime buttercream. Complete with a straw!
Peach Bellini: Vanilla cake made with fresh peach bits, peach Schnapps and topped with white champagne buttercream. Refreshing, just like the drink!
Lemon Coconut: Lemon cake made with fresh lemon juice and zest, topped with coconut frosting and coconut shavings. Tart and delicious!
Neopolitan: Strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla cake marbled together with a stripe of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla butter cream. Looks just like the ice cream!
Big Red: Big Red-flavored cake and frosting! A south Texas favorite in cupcake form!
Strawberry Shortcake: Vanilla cake, strawberries and whipped cream. Nothing says summer more!
